About Me
I’ve lived in the Kingston area for most of my life, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes here for over a decade. Real estate isn’t just numbers and listings to me, it’s people, timing, and making sure things go smoothly when it matters most.
If you’re buying, I’ll help you sort through what actually matters, not just what looks good online. If you’re selling, I’ll give you straight advice on pricing, presentation, and strategy, so you’re not guessing your way through it.
I work across Kingston and the surrounding areas, including Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, and Leeds and Grenville. That includes everything from city homes to rural properties and waterfront places, each with its own quirks that you need to understand before jumping in.
What you won’t get from me is pressure or sales talk. What you will get is honest guidance, clear communication, and someone who knows how to navigate the process from start to finish.
A lot of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which tells me I’m doing something right. I take that seriously.
