About Bill Stevenson

REALTOR® — Century 21 Lanthorn Real Estate Ltd.
Having called the Kingston area home for most of my life and worked here for over 14 years, I understand the local market deeply. As a REALTOR® with Century 21 Lanthorn Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, I assist clients across Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, and Leeds and Grenville, helping them navigate the market with confidence.
Real estate isn’t just numbers and listings to me. It’s about helping people make informed decisions during some of the biggest financial and personal transitions of their lives.
Whether you’re buying your first home, moving across town, relocating to the area, downsizing, or preparing to sell, my goal is to provide practical advice and straightforward guidance every step of the way, so you feel supported and confident throughout the process.
My experience includes city homes, condominiums, rural properties, cottages, and waterfront homes, as well as working with first-time buyers, downsizers, and investors. Each type of property and client has unique considerations, and understanding those details can make a significant difference when buying or selling.
What you won’t get from me is pressure or sales talk. Instead, you’ll receive honest communication, local market knowledge, and a sincere commitment to helping you understand your options before making important decisions. This transparency aims to build your trust and confidence throughout the process.
Many of my clients come from repeat business and referrals, and I truly appreciate the trust they place in me. I take that trust seriously and work hard to earn it every day.
How I Work
Every client starts with a conversation. Before looking at homes or discussing pricing strategies, I want to understand your goals, timeline, and what matters most to you. No two moves are exactly alike, and the right approach depends on your situation.
I believe in straightforward advice and honest communication. Sometimes that means explaining why a property may not be the right fit, why someone should structure an offer differently, or why waiting may be a better decision than rushing into a move.
Throughout the process, my goal is to keep things clear and manageable. You’ll be aware of the situation, future developments, and your choices, enabling you to decide with assurance.
Local Knowledge Matters
Kingston and the area are not a single market. A downtown Kingston condominium, a rural property in South Frontenac, a waterfront home on the Rideau System, and a family home in Amherstview all come with different market conditions, property considerations, and buyer expectations.

Having lived in the area most of my life and worked throughout Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington, and Leeds and Grenville for over 14 years, I’ve learned that local knowledge matters. Understanding neighbourhoods, waterfront ownership, wells, septic systems, commuting patterns, and local market trends can help buyers and sellers make more informed decisions.
Working Together
A home transaction, whether buying or selling, is a momentous occasion. My role is to guide you through the process, prevent unexpected issues, and empower you to make choices aligned with your objectives, free from pressure or uncertainty.
If you’re looking for honest advice and local knowledge, I’d be happy to talk about your plans.
