I’m not your typical Realtor, so why have a bio? You may have seen other agents sites with the typical boasting about awards, accomplishment etc. which you really don’t care about. Instead of crowing about how wonderful I am I’ll take a different approach, by giving you answers to questions you may have. I believe what matters to you is how we will work together.
Will you return my calls, texts and emails?
Certainly! I know this is one of the major frustrations the general public have when dealing with agents. I get many calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. However this is a two way street; I need to get feedback from you, I do not want to waste your time by flooding your email box if you are not interested, so if I get no feedback on material I send to you I figure you are not really interested at this time.
I’ve met many Realtors who are jerks. Are you?
Depends on who you ask. If you ask some agents who get between my clients and their real estate goals, they’ll probably say yes. Other people think I am “one of the best ones”to real estate. Those are the two extremes, most people’s opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Here’s what I can tell you: I’m honest and candid. I take pride in being approachable and friendly. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Listening, to know what your needs are and to act upon that. Discussion; with both buyers and sellers. For buyers pointing out potential problems with a property they are interested in or the potential of a property they may not see. sellers I preview your property to point out minor problems which may hinder the sale so they can be remedied. Paper Work..Getting in right for you!
